| Fallin address OTA Winter Conference |

| Oklahoma 5th District Congresswoman Mary Fallin of Oklahoma City was
keynote speaker for the 2010 OTA Winter Conference Thursday, Feb. 18.
The former three-term lieutenant governor is a candidate for the
Republican gubernatorial nomination. This was her first time to address
the OTA. She offered some brief remarks and then took questions from
the OTA delegates. |
